Services available in the Main Lodge

Guest Information:

Written information such as brochures, trail maps, ski area activities and events can be obtained at the ticket desk located on the 1st floor of the lodge.

Ticket Desk


Ticket Desk:

Ticket Sales and Season Passes
Daily lift tickets and season passes can be purchased at the ticket desk. The ticket desk is open 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, or until 8:00 PM for twilight skiing.

Ski Check:
Ski check allows you to check your equipment into a secure area guarded by our staff. You can take lunch and rest breaks with peace of mind knowing your equipment is safe. Ski check cost only $2.00 a day. We've often said, if your equipment is worth more than $2.00, it is worth protecting your gear from potential theft.

Ski School Lessons:
Group, Kids Club and Private Lessons may be purchased at the Ticket Desk. Other Ski School/Rental package,s like our First Step, Next Step and My Turn packages are available at the Rental Shop.

Lost & Found:
Lost and Found items are kept at the Granite Cove Retail Shop.

Granite Cove Retail Shop:
Located on the 1st floor of the lodge, the Granite Cove Retail Shop offers a wide assortment of high quality soft goods such as sweatshirts, gloves, hats, goggles, sunglasses and unique Mt. Ashland gifts. Sunscreen and aspirin are also available for sale. Open 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily and until 7:00 PM for twilight skiing.

Food & Beverage Services:
Brown Bag Policy -
Mt. Ashland allows bown bagging on the first, second and fourth floors of the lodge, and on the bar deck.

Brown bagging is not allowed in the T-Bar lounge on weekends and during holiday periods due to limited space. Bar guests may order from the full Cafe menu, and their food will be delivered to their table.

Guests may also consume alcoholic beverages purchased in the the T-bar lounge on the second floor. Minors may be present in this area.

Mountain Cafe - Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, hot and cold beverages. Mt. Ashland is proud to provide our guests with delicious and nutritious meals, snacks and refreshments. The Mountain Cafe is located on the first floor of the Lodge.

Balcony Bistro - A coffee and lunch bar located on the 2nd floor the Lodge. Featuring rice bowls, pizza, soup, chili, snacks, plus hot & cold beverages.

The T-Bar Lounge - Serving regional micro-brew beers, wine, cocktails and beverages. Bar guests may order from the full Cafe menu, and their food will be delivered to their table.  Must be 21 to enter. Located on the 3rd floor of the Lodge.

Sno-Park Permits:
The parking area at the Mt. Ashland Ski Area is an established Sno-Park permit area maintained by the State of Oregon. A Sno-Park permit is required. The funds generated by sales are used to plow the Mt. Ashland access road and parking area. On weekends and holidays, parking attendants and hosts will sell them in the parking lot. Annual Oregon Sno-Park permits sold at Mt. Ashland are $25 and daily permits are $5. Permits are available at the Ticket Desk, Rental Shop, Granite Cove Retail Shop and downtown office. They are also available at the DMV and most ski shops.

Daily & Seasonal Lockers:
Daily-use lockers are located on the 2nd floor behind the Balcony Bistro (.50 per use). Seasonal lockers are available on a limited, first-come first-serve basis for $135.00 per season. Contact the ticket desk for information.

Restrooms:
Located in the basement level and on the 3rd floor

Boot Heaters:
Located in basement level and 2nd floor

Water Fountains:
Located on the 1st floor next to the condiment counter and on the 3rd floor behind the Bistro.

Pay Phones:
Located on the 1st floor next to the Granite Cove Retail Shop.

ATM:
Located on the 1st floor next to the Granite Cove Retail Shop.
Rental Shop Building.

Pet Policy: Due to health and sanitation regulations no pets are allowed in the lodge. All pets must be on a leash and remain in the parking lot when pets are inside the Mt. Ashland permit area and pet owners are asked to clean up any droppings and remove it from the ski area.

If you don't own equipment, enjoy the convenience of renting at our rental shop. The Mt. Ashland rental shop is proud to offer Rossignol skis and snowboards. Rossignol is recognized as the world leader in ski & snowboard equipment. Mt. Ashland has 250 pair of skis and 225 snowboards that provide easy learning and performance in all conditions.

Repair Shop:
Trained ski and snowboard technicians specializing in tune-ups and repairs for boots bindings, skis and boards are available at the Repair Shop. With a fully equipped workshop, staff techs can you get the best performance and safety out of your equipment. Located next to Rental Shop, the Repair Shop is open 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily, and until 8:00 PM for twilight skiing.

Restrooms:
Located at the northeast corner of the Rental Shop.

Basket Storage:
Store your backpack or incidentals. Unlimited daily access. Cost: $2.00 per day.

Ticket Booth:
Located on the deck of the Rental Shop the ticket booth is open for ticket sales on weekends and holidays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
