Enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Ashland Ski Area in beautiful Southern Oregon! We have a full rental shop (which offers ski and snowboard rentals and tuning), retail shop, and ski school. Our historic Lodge also features a full service Cafe and Bar. With average snowfall over 265″, it’s been the place for Local Mountain Fun since 1964.

We recognize that limitations placed on our services for the upcoming winter season just don't work for everyone. We have heard a variety of concerns from our guests and, other than our guest and employee safety, your happiness is our top concern.

As we have stated previously, our season pass holders are our top priority this season. You have been there for us and we want to be there for you too.

We understand that you have your own priorities and needs, so if you want to sit this season out and lock in the low price you have paid, we are offering to roll your purchased season pass over to the 2021-22 winter season.

If, on the other hand, you would like a refund, we agree to refund your purchase.

We know you are going to want to get out of the house and out on the slopes this winter! Mt. Ashland appreciates all of the season pass holders who already stepped up early and grabbed their annual easy access to the slopes. This year those passes are the best way to ensure you get to ski and ride should COVID19 restrictions limit our on-hill capacity. Rather than create a reservation system for everyone, we have chosen to limit day ticket sales if we need to reduce the number of folks on the hill. Click the link in our profile and get yours today, and we will see you, on the mountain! #seasonpass #localmountainfun #getoutside #basecampashlandoregon #traveloregon #travelsouthernoregon #skioregon #travelashland #skiwellbewell #mtashland #borntoshovel ...

We are announcing some pretty big changes this season, and hope that everyone will rally around our efforts to ensure we can open, and stay open, during these unprecedented times. Our number one goal is the safety of our guests and staff. Our second priority is to ensure that everyone gets to ski and ride this season when we all need it more than ever! Mt. Ashland has had its share of tragedies and challenges over the years and our tremendous community has always been there for us. It is no surprise that that same community is rising up to help all those in need as many are forced to fight through the devastating affects of the Almeda fire. Some of our mountain family have suffered losses and others have experienced miraculous good fortune like the Gokey's house in this photo. We hope for everybody’s continued safety and a speedy recovery from this tragic event. Our sincere thanks to all of the first responders and members of the community who continue to risk their personal safety for the safety of others. Be safe, and keep on taking care of one another. #almedafire #ELE #mtashland #riseup #firstresponders ...

There is a 60% chance of La Nina this winter and although long range forecasts are not at all reliable, it is fun to dream of endless powder as winter approaches. What we do know is that in all the years we have tracked our snowfall, La Nina has produced our biggest snow year in recent history of more than 30 feet in 2017! #powderdreams #localmountainfun #basecampashlandoregon #travelashland #mtashland #travelsouthernoregon #traveloregon #skioregon #lanina #kneedeepdays #snowdancing ...
