We are excited to host several art installations on our nature trail as part of the @schneidermoa #artbeyond2021 project! We wanted to alert visitors about some traffic delays and detours happening today through June 3rd. This will mostly impact travel from Mt. Ashland north to the Rogue Valley.

Mt. Ashland is joining the Indy Pass partnership! The Indy Pass is the fastest-growing multi-mountain pass partnership in the world and features ski resorts in all regions of the US. The fiercely independent mountains, many of which are family-owned and operated, offer smaller crowds, welcoming atmospheres and authentic, old-school vibes.

There are a total of 66 resorts in the US and Canada currently participating in the Indy Pass partnership. Indy Passes are now on sale priced at $279 for adults, $119 for kids, and $379 for the Indy+ (no blackouts) making it by far, the lowest-priced, multi-mountain pass on the market. The AddOn Pass for Mt. Ashland season passholders will go on sale July 1 for $189. ...

It won't be long before the wildflowers bloom and the roads will be clear of snow beyond the ski area. For now, the back gate is closed as there are still impassable snowbanks on Forest Service road 20 that goes out toward Grouse Gap, especially in shaded areas. We are not authorized to open the gate, but the U.S. Forest Service will open it when the road is clear. Just a friendly reminder to pack in/pack out all of your trash, especially dog waste. It appears many visitors are not practicing this most basic outdoor recreation etiquette.
