Mt. Ashland’s summit elevation is 7,533 feet. Our base area elevation is 6,344 feet. The Main Lodge and parking lot elevation is 6,590 feet. The vertical drop is 1,150 feet.

We feature 5 lifts:  2 triple chairs (Comer and Sonnet), 2 double chairs (Windsor and Ariel), and the Poet Rope Tow in our Beginner Area.

Mt. Ashland has 44 ski runs. We have 240 acres of skiable terrain.  Our average snowfall is 265 inches.

Mt. Ashland’s normal season runs from mid December to late April. Click here to see our operating schedule.

Our beginner area is unique in that it’s separate from the rest of the more advanced terrain.

Mt. Ashland is owned and operated by the Mt. Ashland Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
