Mt. Ashland is seeking a Manager for the Lift Department to lead a team of lift mechanics, supervisors, and operators. The Lift Department Manager will oversee all operations within the lift department which includes: in-season operations, maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance, staffing, scheduling, performance coaching, discipline, and training. The Lift Department Manager reports directly to the General Manager. This is a year-round position with pay commensurate with experience.
