Season Pass Policies

The purchase of a Season Pass allows you the ultimate in convenience – you’ll never have to wait in line for a lift ticket and you can ski and snowboard on your schedule! Please consider when purchasing your Season Pass that we operate under a weather dependent conditions and the season schedule is subject to operating day changes. Mt. Ashland retains the right to change the schedule of operations without notice. All passholders must agree to “Terms and Conditions Agreement and Release of Liability” and parent or guardian is required to sign on behalf of a minor. A season pass is non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be rolled over from one season to the next*.

SEASON PASS OPERATING DAY POLICY

We want our passholders to receive an excellent value for your Mt. Ashland Season Pass purchase, and now we’ll back it up with an operational day “guarantee”!

Standard (Unlimited) Season Passes:  We will guarantee a minimum of 50 operating days for the season in which you purchased your pass – for every operating day less than 50, a 1% discount will be extended towards the purchase of a Season Pass for the following season up to a maximum credit of 50%.

  • An “Operating Day” is considered to have been counted when Mt. Ashland is open for a minimum of 5 hours anytime during a scheduled day (either 9AM – 4PM or 9AM – 9 PM as indicated on the operating schedule).

Twilight-Only Season Passes:  We will guarantee a minimum of 15 operating Twilight sessions for the season in which you purchased your pass – for every operating night less than 15, a 3% discount will be extended towards the purchase of a Twilight Season Pass for the following season up to a maximum credit of 50%.

  • An “Operating Twilight” is considered to have been counted when Mt. Ashland is open for a minimum of 4 hours anytime during a scheduled Twilight session (3PM – 9 PM)

As a Season Passholder, you must acknowledge and accept that every snow season is different with variable snowpack and operating days from season to season. We will undertake every effort to provide the best experience and most open terrain all season, every season. This effort may come in the form of snow farming and dancing, but you can be assured that every possibility will be pursued to get you as many days skiing or riding as possible!

The Fine Print

  • Your Mt. Ashland Season Pass is non-refundable including in the event of a short season, late starting/early ending season, or non-operating season.
  • Your Mt. Ashland Season Pass is non-transferable including in the event of a short season, late starting/early ending season, or non-operating season.
  • The “Minimum Operating” noted above are for the duration of the entire season, regardless of Ski Area opening or closing dates, or mid-season interruptions.
  • No guarantee is provided regarding weather conditions, snow conditions, or the depth or amount of snow during any season or any Operating Day or Twilight.
  • No guarantee is provided for the number of open trails or lifts nor the available terrain during any Season or any Operating Day or Twilight.
  • Any credit discount would be based on number of days or sessions the mountain is operating as defined above, and not your individual pass usage.
  • Credit discounts can only be applied to the purchase of next year’s season pass and are not considered as a refund for the current season. This guarantee has no cash value and is only a discount on the purchase of a future pass under the terms of this description.
  • Credit discounts are applied to the same pass type as previously purchased.
  • Credit discounts cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Not valid for any lesson programs or rental purchases.
  • You will be required to apply any applicable Season Pass Guarantee discount to the purchase of a 2025/26 Season Pass on or before May 31, 2025.

*CONDITIONAL SEASON PASS REFUND POLICY
Season passes are non-refundable, but exceptions may be made under limited circumstances. A $50 processing fee is applied to all refund requests.
Relocation: If the season pass has not been issued, a refund may be given upon receipt of documentation regarding transfer to an out of area location. Unissued passes will receive a refund of the amount paid. If pass has been issued, the season pass must be returned before the refund will be approved; a pro-rated calculation will start from date the pass is returned and documentation received.
Injury/Pregnancy: All refund requests based on medical circumstances must be in writing. Unissued passes will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the $50 processing fee. If pass has been issued, the season pass must be returned before the refund will be approved; a pro-rated calculation will start from date the pass is returned and documentation from physician is received. The documentation must state that you are not able to use the pass this season and this must accompany request.

All pass refunds are at the discretion of Mt. Ashland. Season Passes will not be transferred. No refunds, for any reason, will be considered after February 15th.
All Season Pass holders have a “3-day grace period.” Any unused season pass will be fully refunded, for any reason, if written request is received within three (3) business days of purchase of the pass.

KNOW YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES!

All season passholders are expected to abide by all federal, state, and ski area statutes, rules, regulations and closures including, but not limited to ORS 30.970 – 30.990 and “Your Responsibility Code”.

DID YOU FORGET YOUR PASS?

During the season, pass holders will be issued one lift ticket, per season, per pass holder, if a Season Pass is forgotten. After that, a ticket must be purchased. Use of the complimentary ticket by any other person constitutes pass fraud*.

DID YOU LOSE YOUR PASS?

Please report all lost Season Passes to the Ticket Desk in the main lodge. There is a $50.00 charge for the replacement of any lost Season Pass. The passholder agrees to notify the ski area immediately if a Season Pass is lost. The ski area will issue one complimentary lift ticket, per season, per pass holder, if a Season Pass is forgotten. After that, replacement season pass or daily lift ticket must be purchased.  Season passes will only be replaced once.

ARE YOU CONSIDERING PASS FRAUD?

Nobody but the pass holder can use the season pass! Committing pass fraud is considered theft of services and a civil fine will be issued; and authorities will be called. This or any violation of the Terms & Conditions Agreement will result in suspension or revocation of Season Pass for the remainder of the season. Under no circumstances will violator be allowed to purchase a “discounted” pass until after the season closes.
