25/26 Season Pass Policy Reminder

Dated: February 4, 2026

It’s been a rough start to the season (to say the least) and we are beyond disappointed that we aren’t seeing all of your faces exploring the Mountain today. The patience and kindness you have all expressed to our team is more than we could have ever asked for. Your support truly means the world to us and goes a long way.

As we close out January, and reflect on the past couple of months, we felt it was important to send out a couple of reminders as it pertains to our Season Pass Policy. As much as we hate to say it, we know it’s on everyone’s mind.

Including today we have 46 scheduled days left of our season. We were open for 10 days between the end of December and early January.

As a very quick overview, our season pass policy guarantees a minimum of 50 operating days for the season in which you purchased your pass and for every operating day less than 50, a 1% discount will be extended towards the purchase of a Season Pass for the following season up to a maximum credit of 50%.

*The guarantee differs slightly for our Twilight Season Passholders and that can be found in our Season Pass Policy.

We have not quite yet reached the mid-way point to our season and we don’t want anyone to give up hope just yet. As many of our long time passholders know, this does happen from time to time. It’s the nature of our Mountain.

With questions coming up about refunds or how to defer your season pass to next year, we felt it was important to link our full pass policy below and also share our operating calendar so you know how many days are left.

We truly can’t do it without this amazing Community and while it’s frustrating when our Mountain doesn’t open and you have spent money on a season pass, please know that your season pass purchase employs a skeleton crew of staff members in a low snow year and helps to pay for operating costs, like insurance, that need to be paid regardless of being open. While you may not think that your one pass makes a difference – every single pass purchased ensures our local community mountain can continue operations when the snow does fly. It’s safe to say, we all want our Ski Area to be able to bounce back from a year like this and continue to serve Southern Oregon and beyond for decades to come.

Thank you all and we know your legs are tired, ours are too, but keep up those snow dances, we will keep you updated on the snow and we hope to see you on the Mountain so soon!
